Twenty Degrees Chocolate’s name is inspired by the 20-degree range north and south of the equator at which the cacao tree grows within. Owner Casey Hickey has been fascinated with chocolate since her time studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. From there, she earned a professional chocolatier certification from Ecole Chocolate and opened a chocolate and wine tasting room in with her husband, Petite Philippe, in North Carolina. Casey’s passion for chocolate can be seen in her intricate, delicious, and beautiful chocolates.
