Scratch Pasta is the brainchild of Chef Stephanie Fees, a culinary virtuoso with roots deeply embedded in Southern soil. After a career that meandered from bustling kitchens of New York City to the elegant halls of The Greenbrier in West Virginia, Stephanie returned to her hometown of Lynchburg Virginia, igniting the local food scene with her artisanal pasta creations.
